Facial peeling is a cosmetic treatment that exfoliates the superficial layers of the skin to improve its texture, tone and luminosity. At Bellezza Privé (Blanes), we work with different types of medical and cosmetic peelings adapted to each skin type, to achieve smoother, more even and radiant skin without the need for surgery.
Peeling is a procedure that applies exfoliating acids (such as glycolic, salicylic or mandelic acid) to remove dead skin cells, stimulate cell renewal and visibly improve skin quality.
Depending on its depth, it can be:
1. Free pre-assessment: we analyse your skin and determine the ideal type of peel.
2. Deep cleansing: we prepare the skin for proper absorption.
3. Application of the exfoliating acid: according to the protocol.
4. Neutralisation and aftercare: moisturising and sun protection.
Duration: 30-45 minutes
No recovery time (in mild peels)
It depends on your objectives. Some cases require only 1 session (flash peel), but to treat spots, acne or wrinkles, 3 to 6 sessions are recommended, spaced every 2 to 3 weeks.

At Bellezza Privé we carry out a free assessment to determine which type of peel is the most suitable: superficial, medium or deep. It will depend on your skin type, objective and conditions such as blemishes, wrinkles or acne.
For a "flash" effect with immediate radiance, 1 session may be sufficient. To treat blemishes, scars or uneven texture, 3 to 6 sessions are recommended, spaced every 2 to 3 weeks.
Peels usually generate a mild stinging sensation or heat, depending on the acid used. In general, it is a well-tolerated and controlled treatment, with temporary redness in the most intensive cases.
It is essential to moisturise the skin well, avoid the sun and use high sun protection. It is also recommended to avoid physical exfoliants, heavy make-up or aggressive cosmetics for 2 or 3 days after each session.
Yes, it is common to combine it with facial cleansing, mesotherapy or moisturising treatments. The peeling prepares the skin to better absorb the active ingredients and enhance the results.
